(First customer) October 1990 – Brownsville facility – 19,200 square feet October 1990 – First press November 23, 1990 – First cheque deposited January 1992 – Rented office space in Brownsville facility August 1993 – Rented Tool room in Brownsville facility June 27, 1994 – Opened 35 Spruce Street facility October 4, 1996 – Opened 35 Townline Road facility September 1997 – First addition to 35 Townline June 5, 1998 – Obtained ISO 9002/QS9000 Certification June 1998 – Opened 101 Townline Road December 1998 – Opened US Sales Office December 20, 1998 – Started as a supplier to Isuzu Motors America
February 1999 – Town of Tillsonburg Award of Excellence August 1999 – Closed Brownsville facility September 1999 – Addition to 35 Townline Road (WestSide) September 2000 – Addition to 35 Spruce Street (Warehouse) October 5 & 6, 2000 – 10th Anniversary Open House for our customers, employees and their families April 2002 – Started construction of Offices and Cafeteria at 35 Spruce St., Moved in September 25, 2002 May 20, 2002 - Started as a supplier to Subaru of Indiana Automotive Inc.
September 2002 – Signed lease for 81 Lincoln St. from Oct. 1, 2002 until April 30, 2003 October 2002 – Started construction of South Side Addition at Townline Road (To house the 600T Schuler presses) December 30, 2002 – Purchased 105 Spruce Street April 2003 – Moved into 105 Spruce Street August 2005 – Moved into new Sales/Engineering off in Clawson Michigan September 22, 2005 – Started as a supplier to Mitsubishi Motors February 2006 – Received Value Analysis Award from Subaru of Indiana Automotive Inc.
