From customer supplied designs, our multi-disciplined engineering team will review every part or assembly for the most effective manufacturing process. Given the customers requirements, we provide – VA/VE (Value Analysis/Engineering) ideas to aid in manufacturing and reduce cost whenever possible.

During this “Active Engineering” process, our team determines the most effective mode of manufacturing, from review of die designs, check fixture designs and automated assembly equipment. We thoroughly review the production process, including materials used to make the part.
